Meeting Minutes
November 11, 2006
I.Call to order
Wormtongue along with other leaders of individual teams called to order the regular meeting of the Batangas Alliance at 1339 hrs on November 11, 2006 in Bluroze Farms Lodlod, Lipa City.
II.Roll call
A roll call was not necessary due to the nature (acquaintance) of the meeting. After prayers lead by Ka William an attendance sheet was passed as individual team history and individual introduction ensued. The following teams and persons were present:

III. Approval of minutes from last meeting
Wormtongue and Sir Gwynn took the minutes from the meeting. The minutes were approved and signed as read.
IV. Issues Discussed
a) Hit Definition - It was agreed that we will strictly abide by the FAPS rules.
b) Hit calls, Close calls, Dead mans tales and friendly fire were discussed in details and all had corresponding FAPS rules except for close calls which according to Ka William and others views could be circumstantial.
c) Safe Zones – The need for identifying Safe Zones for every Alliance games were emphasized specially the designated area were test firing should be done.
d) Personnel/Gun Roster – It was also agreed that all teams will provide to the BA Secretariat a list of individual team members names and aliases along with the present quantity and type of AEG’s they are using.
e) Below 18 years old rule – It was decided that individual teams will have their own waivers for presentation for each BA game in cases where said minors are to play. It was also approved that the BA will provide a similar waiver for visiting/non-alliance teams.
f) Gauging the BA FPS (Feet Per Second) Limit - The FPS limit will be determined by an alliance owned chrono machine (Sir Gwynn volunteered to assist in its acquisition) where each alliance members AEG’s FPS will be measured using .20g bb pellets for Jungle and CQB scenarios and .25g bb’s for Sniper classified AEG’s.
g) It was also resolved that the chronometer will be employed in every Batangas Alliance game.
h) That a Batangas Alliance game will be known as such after the consent of ¾ or the entire Batangas alliance council or its representative.
i) Final BA FPS Limit at .20g bb’s – Teams with a vote count each, along with justifications for their vote was done; acknowledging majorities decision as final. There were three categories, to wit:

j) It was also resolved that AEG’s with unlimited fps (always taking into account the organizers fps limit) may be allowed when playing out of Batangas or other games within the Province of Batangas provided it is not sanctioned by the Alliance.
k) Cyclops of team BATAS was contracted to administer the Batangas Alliance website for the meantime with suggestions of selecting two other moderators from the alliance.
l) A Batangas Alliance Council and Grievance committee were selected and formed as follows:

m) That the Batangas Alliance logo designed by Cyclops in the website will temporarily be recognized pending the election of team logo entries which will be submitted on or before the 20th of this month.
n) No single team uniform was required for the alliance. However, an alliance patch for all the members’ uniform was proposed.
V. Open Issues
a) That all Batangas based teams belonging to the alliance will be removed from FAS links and moved instead to the Batangas Alliance website. Heavy protest ensued and was decided that the issue be resolved in another meeting.
b) The submission of roster/members list of individual teams with their corresponding aeg’s was reiterated.

VI. Adjournment
Wormtongue adjourned the meeting at 1840 hrs.
